What is The Initial Consult?

The initial consultation is an evaluation of your current measurements, habits, nutrition habits, and goals. From here, I will take this information, create your personalized nutrition plan, and get you started on a training plan.


What is the Bi-Weekly Check-In?

This is where we will check in on your progress. I will ask you questions, give feedback, go over your numbers, evaluate form, and hold you accountable. We will make adjustments here and also make sure your plans are effective at meeting your goal milestones.


What is my Personalized Training Plan?

After your initial consultation, I will create a plan designed specifically for you. I will keep your goals in mind while also setting safe and realistic expectations. We will decide the number of workouts, the intensity, and the specific exercises you need to build the body you’re looking for. This plan will evolve as you progress and remain fluid to accommodate your schedule, needs, and progress.

We don’t do one-size-fits-all here. Everybody is different, but EVERY BODY should also look and feel good.


What is my Tailored Nutrition Plan?

This plan is designed to help you stick to it. Nutrition plans should be easy, but the fact is most people fail at sticking to a plan. My job is to find what works for you but also aligns with your goals in order for you to build the body you’re looking for. No bullshit. You have to pay attention to what you eat. But the reason you’ve hired a coach is to better understand why you’re eating stuff you shouldn’t and find out how we can change your mindset and get you on track. Eating well can taste good, and looking good feels good. You probably just need someone to hold you accountable and tell you what to eat. I will do that.


What is Basic Form Analysis?

You’re probably squatting wrong. You’re probably doing basic bitch lifts that aren’t helping you grow, build muscle, or effectively lean out. I’ll fix that through phone recordings and feedback. You need a coach for this with extensive education and training in this area. And now you have one.

This check-in is done through tracker evaluation, email, and/or video calls, depending on what works best for you. By checking in weekly, we ensure that you make the most out of our time together. A weekly check-in has shown the highest success rate for clients working toward specific goals.

We will deep dive into exactly what's causing these form errors and create plans, training exercises, and modifications to correct them. For optimal results, we need you to become a master of the exercises that will enable you to reach your goals.

You need a coach for this with extensive education and training in this area. And now you have one.


What is my Tailored Nutrition Plan?

This plan is designed to help you stick to it. Nutrition plans should be easy, but the fact is most people fail at sticking to a plan. What is a Weekly Nutrition Check-Ins and Tracker?

Your weekly nutrition check-in will coincide with your training check-in. Your tracker will have two tabs (one for training and one for nutrition) where you can fill in exactly how your week went. You are also able to use pro versions of popular tracking apps to share this information directly with me. I will use this data to tailor your plan as we progress and identify weak areas. Whether it is not getting enough protein, a bad macro balance, or you're just eating too damn much of the wrong things—I will provide the education, motivation, and accountability you need to reach your goals. I also love sweets and can tell you what will fit your macros so you don't murder anyone or lose your job due to hanger issues.
